and I get a phone call
I recognize the number
it kinda looks like heart break
I should let it ring out
but it's killing me to know why
despite my good sense,
I went and picked up anyway.

He said, hey ma

please talk to me
I really miss you,
why'd you forget about me
I need to see your face,
would you agree to see me?

And I said,
"we shouldn't and
I think that it's better.
20 minutes on the phone
trying to convince me"

I'll always care about you
but happy where am at now
and I don't wanna have to explain
why you try'na come through
before I could finish
He quickly interjected
he had a rebuttal,
and this is what he said to me

why can't we be friends,
with so much history?
I've had you on my mind
a whole lot lately
it's been at least 2 years
since I last seen your face.

you just let it ring. That's not fair

It kinda made me laugh
that he knew, that I duck him
and I wanna hear what's up
with his life lately
his argument is weak
but I kinda wanna see him
felt good to hear his voice
so I felt really guilty

he started say'in, how he right by my house
and he ringing my bell, wanna see my  face
and it's painful as hell.
Gave him the excuse, I wasn't feeling well
he's already to my house, and already at my door
I gave it a crack and he gave me a hug
took a deep breath and, told me I should listen,
fool tried to kiss me, I kinda had to mush him
I said now you've seen me, you should get going.
look me dead in the face and was holding back from smiling,
he said I don't get it, explain it to me
As far as I'm concerned, you'll always be for me

I said, I keep it 100%, I'm happily married
you know I don't sneak around, why would you even try me?
how would you like it, if the shoe was on your feet?
If you and I were together, and some next dude, tries to see me .

Basically, we've moved on. You should just accept it.
He said he respect that, hugged me and stomped off with attitude.
Now I'm alone in my doorway, thinking.... that was so rude

Never Grow Up!

Okay, So I collect My Scene Dolls. (the Best Barbies EVER!!!!) and I thought to my self.............. Self, they are so awesome but would be so much more awesome with a little added diversity. Then, She was Born. Who? Kora Lance, My first completely custom My Scene Doll.

Kora is the the sister of a very successful and wealthy director. She sings, and acts but hasn't been in any main stream movies due to her fear of being in the public eye. (go figure) As a result she only does small community plays and way off, off, off Broadway musicals where cameras are forbidden :0)
She can't dance a lick, and she still sleeps with a night light on. Her Favorite food is pasta which she makes it from scratch. White is her Favorite color and Water Lilies  are both her most liked scent and flower. She is good friends with Madison but her bff is Jai. They became good friends when Jai started dating her brother they are no longer dating.  

Naturally, I will have to make her brother. Can't wait to see how he turns out. Til then kick it with Kora

I'm Loving my new hospital. Thank you fellow sims geeks for poking around the inners and discovering this hidden codex. Yet another reason why 2 kicks the ass of 3. My Sims also thank you.

Deep cuts/ All that you can do

It's  so sad when you see an end and won't accept it. I pride myself on being a determined person. I gauge situations very well, have an understanding of others motives more often then not and, that's why I see the writing. For the moment I'm turning a blind eye to it. My own stubbornness keeps me pushing pass a fail, but in my heart I feel it and it scares me. Now, I just wait and see and no more.

Why is communication so hard?

he calls her, she misses the call by seconds. She calls back, he doesn't answer. She calls back again, same result. He calls back five minutes later:
her-"hello"
him-"hi"
her-"What you doing?"
him-"nothing"
her-"you sound sad"
him-"I'm alright"= I am or am not sad, you'll have to dig to find out
her-"So you aren't Sad? what were you doing?"= you really didn't answer my question
him-"watching t.v, hi"= change the subject
her-"hi"=okay
him-"is your mom going to work?"=can you get the car?
her-"yes"= what's he up to?
him-"hi, what did you do today?"=damn
her-"nothing, woke up showered, spent time with my sis, made a sandwich and called you back?" =spit it out
him-"oh"= i'll try again
her-"you went to work today"= talk to me damnit
him-"yes............................ did she leave already?"= can you get the car?
her-"yes, did you want me to come and pick you up?" = It's well into her work hours, of course she did!
him-"yes"= damn, guess I gotta stay here now
her-"well, why didn't you call and tell me that earlier?"= why didn't you ask me to get you earlier?
him-"I was busy"= I don't know
her-"oh, okay let me finish eating. I'll call you back"= shm, so now it's my fault. whatever
him-"okay"= bitch

Him- Hi
Her- What's up?
Him- do you think you could swing by and pick me up?= come get me
Her- sorry, my mom left with the car.=I wish he called earlier
Him- oh, okay. I wanted to see you today. If I didn't have to go to work in the morning I would have still come. Okay I'll talk to you later.= either I do want to come by or I just don't want to be home right now.
Her- okay, love you= that sucks, I would have loved to see you
Him- love you too.= same here
